Linxx has considerable experience managing high-risk training programs at geographically dispersed locations. Our Linxx Program Managers (PM) function as the single point of contact between Linxx, the Government Program Manager, and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
The PM performs management functions for all Delivery Orders awarded under the contract involving multiple projects at diverse locations. The PM organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all activities including formulating and reviewing strategic plans and deliverable items; estimating contract costs and ensuring conformance with standards.
Our PM’s adjudicate any differences between Linxx and the Customer to the Customer’s satisfaction while maintaining comprehensive communication with all levels of management, both Customer and Contractor.
