Mr. Taylor has over 25 years of business experience with a focus on creating exceptional value in midsize and large companies. He is an accomplished financial expert with specific experience in acquisitions, mergers, start-ups, capital raising, and business enterprise development, especially in high growth environments. He began his career at Arthur Andersen Consulting in Atlanta, where he aided clients in various consulting roles, mainly regarding large system development projects for Fortune 500 clients. Moving to Ernst & Young’s consulting division, he focused on assisting small to mid-size clients develop business plans and raise capital. Mr. Taylor left Ernst & Young to become the CFO of a client – Pediatric Services of America (PSA). At PSA, Mr. Taylor helped lead and secure financing for a management buy-out from Charter Health, its parent company. Over the next several years, PSA grew from $20 million in annual sales to over $300 million through 12 acquisitions and strong internal growth. During that time, Mr. Taylor helped manage the company through a successful IPO. After several years with PSA, Mr. Taylor joined ValueOptions, a managed care organization. While he was at ValueOptions, the company grew from almost $300 million to over $1.5 billion a year in sales. Mr. Taylor raised several hundred million dollars in debt and equity offering during his tenure at ValueOptions, while helping the management team to rapidly build the required infrastructure for a large enterprise with over 3000 employees. Mr. Taylor also led the effort to purchase a $200 million competitor while at ValueOptions. Before joining Linxx, Mr. Taylor served as CFO of a high growth government contractor, where he focused on building controls and corporate infrastructure after explosive growth had taken place.
