Joshua Shockley

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Shockley has over 35 years of business experience with a focus on creating exceptional value in small to midsize companies. He is an accomplished financial expert with specific experience in acquisitions, mergers, start ups, and business enterprise development. Mr. Shockley is knowledgeable and adept at crafting innovative pricing strategies for federal procurement proposals. He leads the business support group for Linxx Global Solutions which includes human resources and information technology in addition to all corporate financial operations. As a member of the executive team, Mr. Shockley assists in the formulation of business strategy and the implementation of that strategy. He has served as a CPA and senior financial executive for Price Waterhouse & Company, C. Lloyd Johnson Company, and Pitcairn Enterprises to name a few. He is a fully licensed Certified Public Accountant, and holds a B.A degree from Dickinson College, and a MBA from Rutgers University.
