James H. Flatley, IV

Vice President of Business Acquisition Group

Mr. Flatley brings to Linxx Global Solutions, Inc 28 years of extensive experience in organizational process management, systems design, and business enterprise leadership. As a program manager and senior director for a major defense services firm from 2005–2009, he established a distinguished track record of success building proactive business development teams, leading successful capture campaigns, and introducing new service offerings. He has created efficient operational and program management structures in support of multiple projects for U.S. Government agencies and foreign clients in the areas of security services, ISR, C4I, and advanced aviation concepts. Mr. Flatley is a decorated combat veteran, graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and a Naval War College alumnus. Mr. Flatley’s most recent experience as a successful consultant from 2009–2011 focused on several unique defense related research and development programs. He is a demonstrated expert in developing rapid tactical solutions for Navy special operations forces, Navy expeditionary units, and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Development Office.
